Chococream (Chococreme )

This is a delicious creamy dessert, especially for chocolate lovers.

INGREDIENTS

2 – cans of condensed milk
1 – tablespoon of butter
4 – tablespoons of chocolate powder
1 – can of cream with whey
1 – glass of coconut milk (200ml)
1 – unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and dissolved in 4 tablespoons of water

Method of Preparation

In a saucepan place the condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder.
Place over a medium heat and cook until, when you pass the spoon the bottom of the pan is visible, usually about 10 minutes. Reserve.

In a blender place the cream with whey, coconut milk, gelatin and blend well. Add the reserve and blend for another 5 minutes.

Place the cream in a bowl or in individual glasses and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Garnish and serve immediately.
